At the start of the amazing 2011 Winter, Monashee Powder Snowcats owners expanded to a amazing new facility that includes a Pool tale room/gift shop and the very well visited common area complete with Powder shots on the big Screen and a sit up bar. Needless to say we spent alot of time swapping stories of the amazing deep powder we got to film with guests each day. The staff are so easy and it really feels like your in a cool relaxed atmosphere that it was hard to go to bed and rest for the next day of “work”.
Monashee Powder Catskiing New Lodge
Tsuius Lodge is centrally located right where the cats start in the morning and where you ski to at the end of the day. This makes for a quick morning start and you really feel like your in a
Backcountry lodge experience. Every morning your so stoked on the quick 10 to 15 minute cat ride to your first tracks of the day! T
This mountain side Chalet, completed in November 2010, is a 3-storey (6000 sq ft) lodge with 2 hottubs.. one under cover and the other out in the open. The Lodge sleeps 24 guests in 16 bedrooms. Each room has its own en-suite and thermostat to control the in-floor heating. (This is deeelux!)
They have one of the largerst drying rooms with an air-circulated boot rack areas that we have ever seen.
